Does it matter what kind of olive oil to use? Of course it does. Consumers today seek authenticity, and Filippo Berio has been making high-quality Italian olive oil for generations. But in an increasingly crowded category, Filippo Berio needed to find a meaningful way to break through the clutter and connect with home cooks.

the solution

We cooked up a relationship. Filippo Berio partnered with celebrated TV personality and expert Italian chef Mary Ann Esposito, who created a collection of contemporary, healthy Italian dishes using all varieties of Filippo Berio olive oil. A series of how-to videos engaged consumers on Facebook and were part of an integrated social media program. It was a recipe for success.
